A few words on the Snow at Beaver Mountain Ski Area

Beaver Mt. has no detail snow data, so we estimate 300 inches snowfall, more than the areas in southern Idaho but less than those farther south in the Wasatch. Powder should last a long time at a local area far from population centers in either Idaho or Utah.

Accumulation and Preservation

Beaver Mt.’s early season accumulation should be above average for western areas with above average snowfall and moderate terrain. Primary exposure is east, so melt/freeze conditions are likely by March if it has not snowed recently.
